For over 20 years, I have been interested in the concept of critical thinking and its application to achieving significant improvements. In years gone by, much analysis and work were done to design, develop and achieve solutions. Much training was developed to improve our understanding of functional thinking and analysis methods and how to change the current environment to achieve better results.
